Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools and a creative mindset to develop innovative campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics, campaign performance metrics, and customer behavior data to evaluate the success of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to create compelling digital content and assets aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, and recommend innovative strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful implementation of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to data privacy and digital advertising compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional education is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling digital content.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
